1. Agreement to Terms

By installing and using the ReviewCare AI Shopify application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must uninstall and stop using the App immediately.

2. Description of Service

ReviewCare AI is a tool designed to help Shopify merchants automatically manage and respond to negative product reviews synced from Judge.me by utilizing artificial intelligence (AI) to generate draft responses and discount codes, and by sending those emails to the respective customers.

3. Merchant Responsibilities

As a merchant using this App, you acknowledge and agree that:

• You are solely responsible for reviewing the AI-generated email drafts before approving and sending them to your customers.
• You have obtained all necessary consents from your customers to send them promotional or recovery emails in compliance with local laws (e.g., CAN-SPAM, GDPR).
• You are responsible for obtaining your own Judge.me API token and configuring it securely within the App.

4. Use of AI and Third-Party APIs

The App relies on third-party APIs (DeepSeek AI for text generation, Resend for email delivery, and Judge.me for data fetching). We do not guarantee the 100% uptime, reliability, or exact accuracy of these third-party integrations. AI-generated content may sometimes be inaccurate or inappropriate; it is provided "as is" and must be verified by you.

5. Prohibited Uses

You may not use the App to:

• Send unsolicited spam emails.
• Transmit malicious code, viruses, or any harmful materials.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or hack the App's source code or infrastructure.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ReviewCare AI and its developers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the App, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or customer goodwill resulting from AI-generated emails.

7. Modifications to the Service

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the App or any feature within it, with or without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuance.
