• Store Information: Your shop URL, store name, and basic configuration details.
• Customer Information: Names and email addresses of customers who leave reviews via Judge.me.
• Review Data: Content of product reviews, ratings, and associated product names.

3. How We Use Your Data

We use the collected data strictly for providing the App's core functionality:

• To identify negative reviews syncing from Judge.me.
• To securely transmit review content to our AI partner (DeepSeek AI) to generate empathetic email responses.
• To send recovery emails to your customers, including generated discount codes.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your merchant or customer data to third parties for marketing purposes.

4. Third-Party Services

To provide our services, we share data with the following trusted third-party providers:

• DeepSeek AI: For generating AI text responses (only review text and product name are shared; no emails).
• Resend: For delivering the recovery emails to your customers.
• Judge.me: We connect with Judge.me to sync your reviews.

5. Data Retention and Deletion

We retain customer email and review data only as long as necessary to provide the service. If you uninstall the App, or if a customer requests data deletion pursuant to GDPR/CCPA regulations, we will promptly erase the relevant data from our database in accordance with Shopify's mandated webhooks.

6. Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information. However, please note that no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure.
